Hello, I’m Dani Albuquerque.

I’m a creative leader who has built and led teams across advertising agencies and the in-house creative studios of global brands like Google and Netflix. In my most recent roles at both companies, I built and structured Creative Studios from the ground up — defining the vision, establishing creative standards, designing workflows, implementing processes, building cross-functional collaboration models, and creating clear frameworks from briefing through delivery.

My ambition has always been consistent: to pursue creative excellence from ideation to execution, creating work that meaningfully connects with people and culture — and ultimately drives real business impact. I care deeply about building environments where creativity thrives, because great work only happens when people and teams feel empowered, supported, and inspired.

With a strong foundation in art direction, I bring a sharp visual eye and a high level of craft to everything I build — whether it’s a campaign, a brand platform, or a creative organization.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with brands such as Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, Cheetos, McDonald’s, Ambev, Unilever, Burger King, Fiat, Volkswagen, GM, Claro, Nubank, Nestlé, and Heinz, among others. My work has been recognized with international awards including D&AD and Effie, and featured in global publications such as Adweek.

Beyond my professional work, I’m committed to making the creative industry more accessible and diverse. In Brazil, I’ve supported initiatives that help young people from all backgrounds break into advertising and navigate the industry. I also collaborated in Delhi, India, with a Women’s Empowerment Centre, working on initiatives aimed at helping underprivileged women gain independence through education and skill-building.

I’m also the co-founder of the podcast “Será que Elas Existem?”, which uses artworks by great women artists as a starting point to discuss our own existence and contemporary issues, alongside guests from the art world.

Photography is another personal project of mine — a way to explore perspective, silence, and observation. It constantly sharpens my creative eye and influences how I approach composition and storytelling in everything I do.
